Floate for presentations and screen sharing

Notes only you can see.

Presenting, demoing or interviewing over a video call means juggling notes you can't show. Floate keeps them on top of your screen and out of the share, so you can glance at them without anyone else knowing they're there.

Speaker notes over your slides

Press ⌘⇧N and write your talking points. The note floats over Keynote, Google Slides or a full-screen demo, right where your eyes already are.

Hidden from the share

Click the eye icon at the top of the note. You see it, the people on the call and the recording don't.

Interviews and sales calls

Keep your questions, numbers and the things you must not forget open on Zoom or Meet, without a second monitor.

Recording tutorials

Record your screen with a checklist of steps in front of you, and none of it ends up in the video.

  3. Click the eye icon on the note to hide it from the share.
  4. Share your screen and present.

Questions

Will my notes show up if I share my entire screen?

No, as long as you've clicked the eye icon on that note. They stay on your display only.
